There’s a surprising amount of Veronica Lake related T-shirts available on redbubble.com (a T-shirt and unique goods site that I’ve been a fan of for many years).
But this artwork by a seller called Dale Sizer absolutely stood out to me.. and is on my wish-list.
Lake was photographed smoking but it wasn’t a feature of her image and interestingly it was mostly with a cigarette in her had rather than her mouth... and yet i think this shot really works. Maybe its taken directly from a still but no.. this looks like a fun and original piece of art to me.
I’m do not get any kickbacks from this reference.. I just rally loved the artwork and want to highlight it. Go check it out!
