The picture to the lower right was sent to me by the relative of a promotions manager who worked for Paramount pictures in the 40’s. He always claimed that the picture was of a young Veronica Lake, pre-film career. His decadents aren’t so sure and have mixed feelings, much as I did on first viewing it, about the authenticity.
The outstanding part of the picture, which cannot be seen from these scans, is that the subject of the picture is of a full frontal nude.

Since I am now happy that the picture is not, and in the opinion of most of my emailers, an early picture of Connie Keane before becoming famous I’ve added a censored full portrait picture.
