A brief appearance by Lake in Family Guy? Well possibly a wink towards her look anyway. I spotted this character in a crowd on the docks in "Model Misbehaviour" the final episode of season 4.
Its a non speaking part but she laughs along with the crowd when a joke is cracked over the tannoy before the boat race is started.
As far as I am aware she does not appear in any other episode but was probably included in the crowd to show that the people at the regatta are sophisticated and upper-class.
